We know you got questions and we would love to speak with you over the phone to answer them all, but here are some of the most common questions we get asked about our products.

Combat Kit Australia accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Afterpay, Paypal and Zip pay (in store only)
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order had been dispatched from our warehouse (generally the next business day). If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Care Team via our contact us page or email directly to us with your Order Confirmation details and we will assist you further.
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, please contact us directly so we can update your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
Orders to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post Priority Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Australia Post here. Orders with International addresses are sent via Australia Post couriers. Tracking numbers will also be provided via email.
