With a nice big surface of 60x60cm, you can be sure even a beginner will be able to hit the foam and begin working on their accuracy.
It's rated up to 70 lbs, so any bows under that poundage can be used with this target. Not compatible with blunt tips (e.g. kids fiberglass/safety arrows). Durability will vary, for example if you're shooting a very powerful speed bow with heavy hunting arrows, consider looking at a Block Target.
